Policies


By making a booking at Stonehaven, you are agreeing to abide by the following important policies:

 

  • A deposit of 20% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation.
  • There is no smoking indoors, and if outdoor smoking takes place, an ashtray is mandatory.
  • Adults only.
  • Standard Check in time is between 4:00 and 8:00 PM (you may be able to arrange with us to drop off your baggage prior to check in for safe keeping).
  • Check in time is 4:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am
  • Maximum 2 guests per suite
  • No Guest pets
  • Guests are responsible for any damages.
  • Final payment is due upon arrival, by cash, credit card or travellers cheque.


Cancellation Policy


We require a minimum of 14 days notice for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.  Any cancellations or changes made within the 14 day window, you will be charged the full amount of your stay, unless we are able to rebook the suite.  We advise everyone to get Trip Cancellation Insurance through your local travel agent.
